We currently offer dosmestic and international shipping

Shipment processing time

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but we are a small business with limited capabilities. Please understand that we are a small group of humans making and shipping products by hand. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Custom orders

For custom pieces, please email heathergoldminc@gmail.com and include as many details as possible. For example, dimensions, inspiration photos, any any personalization such as “to Diane on your birthday”. All pieces are signed by Heather Goldminc. We will contact you via email if we have more questions about your order and provide you with the price.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://heather-goldminc.myshopify.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at heathergoldminc@gmail.com and we will file a claim and figure out a solution.

Please save all packaging materials and take a photo of damaged goods before filing a claim.
